How do limited edition drops work?

Our releases are strictly limited and numbered. Once a specific edition is sold out, it will not be repressed in that same format. We recommend signing up for our newsletter and SMS alerts to ensure you don't miss out on high-demand titles.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping dates are listed on each individual product page. Please note that vinyl production can occasionally face industry-wide delays; if your order is delayed more than 30 days beyond the estimate, we will notify you via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the records.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives warped or the sleeve is damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Due to our automated fulfillment process and the high volume of limited drops, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.
